It's December 2012 so where are we with planning?

Here we are! It's the end of 2012 and we're gearing up for a super-charged fundraising campaign to make the class of 2003 reunion affordable with the best quality. 2013 will be packed with online and offline opportunities for giving and sponsorship. Remember, remainder of proceeds from our class reunion will go back in the form or a gift/donation to Coral Reef High School in the name of 2003 Alumni. Wouldn't you want to be part of that?!

If you own a business or work for a company that is big on education and youth causes, bring up this amazing opportunity to them! You may be surprised at the response. If you don't ask you'll never know, right?! Coral Reef High School is the largest magnet school in Miami-Dade county and one of the best high schools in the country. Support for Coral Reef  is support of education and the arts in our community. What company doesn't want to be involved in making a positive contribution to such a great school?

You may think about contacting the community relations manager usually located withing the PR/Marketing department. Here's a sample letter/email you can send to your manager or company decision maker to help make your reunion a memorable and affordable one.
